We recently went live with the Fortuna DMS from Avonbrook. When they demonstrated the system it was sold to us on the basis that it would be easy to use and have all the functionality we need. I was also told that I could have the reporting that I needed at exactly the level I wanted. Since the system went live we have been very happy with the functionality, it does everything we want. Fortuna is as easy to use as Avonbrook said it would be and I am getting the reports I need. Our old system reported Oil as a labour line and that messed up my statistics. Now Oil is properly analysed and overall I have a better handle on my business than I did before. My staff used to spend hours building reports in spread sheets for our own use and submission to our franchise – these reports are now produced in seconds.
We have also been extremely pleased with the implementation of the system. Avonbrook told us they would charge a fixed fee for their services and although a number of issues arose that were no fault of Avonbrook’s they never asked for a penny more than originally quoted. Their people work hard and are very empathetic when it comes to training and support. We see them as colleagues rather than a supplier and are looking forward to working with them for many years to come.
When I talk to other dealers I am more than happy to recommend Avonbrook and Fortuna. The system is first class and their people deliver what they promise at the price they quoted – I couldn’t ask for any more from a DMS vendor
